The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hali, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, 8.C. on Monday, May 9th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. to

These properties are located at 1565 and 1567 Pitt River
Road and are being rezoned to permit their subdivision to

provide additional sites for single family housing.

A- copy of the proposed bylaw. and other: relevant documents
may be inspected in the Office of the: City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
aeme to. 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of
this Notice until. the Public Hearing. ws Shs

ALL persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard
at the.Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaws
