THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUTTLAM BY-LAW NO. 1737 A By-law to stop up and close to traffic portions of road shown dedicated on Plan 2225, District Lot 379, and Plan 1317, District Lot 464, ajl in Group One, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 ‘and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All those portions of road in Group One, New Westminster District which may be more particular described as follows: (a) All that portion of Road in District Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster District shown dedicated on Plan 2225 having an area of 0.1442 ha shown on a Reference Plan certified by Kobert M, Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 7th day of February 1980, a copy of which is avtached hereto; All that portion of Road in District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District shown dedicated on Plan 1317 having an areca of 0.1576 ha shown on a Reference Plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 7th day of February 1980, a copy of which its attached hereto; are hereby stopped up and closed to traffic, 2.
