7. Section 5 of Schedule "p" of the By-law is amended by including

Pooley Avenue from Pitt River Road to Taylor Street as a Playground Zone

with a 20 mile per hour speed limit,

8. Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Schedule "E" of the By-law are repealed and

the following subs: cuted therefor:

"3.

The most Easterly seven (7) parking spaces located in the lane
South-west of McAllister Avenue adjacent to Lot 1, Plan 16910
(Leigh Square Medical Clinic) and the most Westerly two (2)
parking spaces located in the lane South-west of McAllister
Avenue adjacent to Lot 2, Plan 16910 (Port Coquitlam Library)
are reserved for the parking of vehicles owned or operated by

@ person, firm or corporation, who or which has entered into

an agreement with The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

to pay a fee of $7.50 per month to park such a vehicle in one

of the said parking spaces and for which the fee for the

current month has been paid.

The parking spaces located:

(4) in the lane South-west of McAllister Avenue adjacent to
Lots 35 and 36, Block 2, Plan 1213 (Port Coquitlam City
Hall) or on the said Lots 35 and 36, and
in the lane South-west of McAllister Avenue adjacent to
Lot 1, Plan 16910 (Leigh Square Medical Clinic) and being
the four (4) most Westerly parking spaces go located, and
in the lane’ South-west of McAllister Avenue adjacent to-
Lot 2, Plan 16910 (Port Coquitlam Library) or on the said
Lot 2, and being the four (4) most Easterly parking
spaces so located, and

(iv) on the North-west side of Donald Street adjacent to Lot
2, Plan 16910 or on the said Lot 2

are reserved during the period from 8 o'clock in the forenoon

to 5 o'clock in the afterncon; Monday to Friday, of each and

every week, for the exclusive use of officials, nfficers, and

employees engaged in their duties in the Port Coquitlam City

Hall.
