Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Ranger cotmented that no correspondence has yet been received from the Port Coquitlam Lions’ Club, who previously handled Christmas tree collection for a nominal donation, and stated that possibly a-letter should be written to that. group inquiring — whether they intend to continue this practice in order to avoid any conflict of interest. Committee would like to investigate the cost of providing parking from the presently unopened jane allowance to the South of the Simon Fraser Health Unit on Wilson Avenue and Suggesting that once the cost has been established, the Health Unit be requested. to provide this needed parking space.
