Re: Connaught Avenue Road Closure.

Commente: The Committee reviewed the proposed subdivision plan and agreed

with proposed road closure.

Recommendation: The Committee recommends that action to close the road and title

vested in the name of the City be approved, subject to rezoning.

Re: Imperial Road Closure.

Comments: The Imperial closurer was discussed after receiving information from

the Parks and Recreation Committee. It was felt by the Parks and
Recreation Committee the land area when consolidated would be to small
to be of use. Comparable market sales on land strips run in the area
of $1.35 per sq. ft. which would yield $30,000.00 for the excers area
after relocation of Imperial Avenue.

Recommendation: The Committee recommends that the Imperial Road Closure proceed
7 provided that the sum of $30,000.00 is received by the City
for the 20,000 sq. ft. + area obtained by the road exchange.
