A LAWSUIT against
Skeena Cellulose by one
of its main contractors has
been settled out of court,
Slender Lake Ventures
Ltd., a subsidiary of Don
Huil and Sons Contracting
Ltd., sued SCI two years
ago over the forest compa-
ny’s decision to stop using
a-chipper in SCI’s Poirier
yard.
