PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposal is for a three-storey apartment building containing 5 units and having a site coverage of 40%. The front yard setback of 49 feet contains both parking spaces as well as landscaping. A rear yard (along the river) of 20 feet and interior side yards of 6 feet and 11.5 feet are also provided. There are 5 covered parking spaces and 6 surface stalls provided on-site. The overall height of the building will be approximately 30 feet. COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS: Engi . D .
