Dear Sir,

With respect to my last request for the City, to allow 360534
B.C, Ltd., the owner of the property to construct a wood fence on
City preperty, once again is enclosed the basis of our raquest.

Provided on the sketch enclosed is an approximate positioning
of the property line in conjuction with the proposed fence line.
tf the exsisting fence on private property was continued along the
property line the fence would be well below sidewalk grade at the
other end. It is because of this that 360534 B.C. Ltd. would like
to continue the wood fence parallel with the sidewalk to the other
end. 360534 8.C. Ltd. is aware along with each Townhouse owner
involved, that at some point in time the city may ask that the
fence be taken down.

The fance that would be installed would be made up of a 5 foot
solid section along with a 1 foot latteace section on top, it would

he wood stained on both sides and would be the responsibility of

the strata council to maintain.
