That a Public Information meeting be organized by the developer prior to introduction of the authorizing Rezoning Bylaw; and That a restrictive covenant to restrict the volume of new construction on the proposed lots be prepared. BACKGROUND: This application is for subdivision of Lots 183 and 184, Plan 27748 currently addressed as 1845 and 1853 Harbour Street, and will permit the creation of 4 RS~2 lotsa.
