Permit 38/915 and 2) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document, when completed, subject to: a. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; and b. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. The subject property is currently occupied by a gas station. The proposed development permit will permit the upgrading of this gas station which will now operate as a self~serve gasoline facility complemented by a small convenience store. The proposed design generally complies with the provisions of the CS—2 Zone. The convenience store is restricted to a 60 m retail area and the only free-standing sign on the property will be limited to a maximum height of 8 ft., in accordance with the guidelines applicable to the Downtown Development Permit Area. Engineering Department: Upgrading on the Northside of Wilson Avenue, from Shaughnessy Street to the lane west will be required. Road widening, barrier curbs and gutter, sidewalks and street lighting will be necessary. Road drainage can be tied into an existing 250 mm storm main service connection to the site.
