The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam proposes to sell by public
tender Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, Block 25, District Lots 170 and 289, Group

One, Plan 2080, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. and the

intervening lane; being approximately 1.07 acres located on the south side of

the 2300 Block Rindall Avenue and the North side of the 2300 Block Pitt River
Road; and will consider proposals for its rezoning to RM-4 (Apartment) zoning
