SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 77/89
for 1850 Harbour Drive

RESOLUTION:

That as recommerded by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of December 13th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
relaxing the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 807 sections (6) and (8) front and
rear yard setbacks for Lot 1, D.L. 232 NWLD Plan 6358

And That Council approve amendment te the Restrictive Covenant
regulating development of this property to reflect the revised drawings.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
December 18th, 1989 the owners and residents of preperty surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of January 22nd,
1990. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
