Eliminates build up of liquid ammonia in
crankcase when unit is cyeled off.

Presently we do not have one. When liquid
ammonia is present, compressor valves are
damaged; therefore it would be worthwhile
to purchase the heaters.

This machine provides for an efficient,
fast and high quality floor care.

The present one purchased in 1975 is now
worn out and should be replaced.

This shelter would provide for proper
provane cylinder storage out of the
buliding.

The fire department has requested that the
shelter be built. The shelter would also
provide protection to fire relief valves of
the refrigeration system.
