BYLAW NO. 2396

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Pert Coquitlam, UOritish
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lot 5,

DL. 231, 232, 255, 288, and 384
Group One,

Plan 11613.

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A~i (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial) and the
Zoniug Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zouing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby

amended to reflect this rezoning.

Ze This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Pert Coquitlan Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, Na. 2396”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of October, 1988.
Read a second time by the Municipal Couneil this 3jrd day of October, 1988.

Public Hearing held this 24th day of October, 1988.
