DRAFT RESOLUTION

NTHAT Lot 11, Block 24, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2080,
New Westminster District, be purchased of and from the
registered owner thereot, Ellen Corinne Jacqueline Morgan, 2275
Pitt River Road, Port Coquitiam, B.C., at or tor the price or
sum of $66,500.00; |

THAT the adjustment date be June 50th, 1985, or eariter,

THAT the possession date be June 30Th, 1985, or earlier,

legal expense and Land Titte Office Fees,
In the normal manner as between vendor and

purchaser.

THAT the City Treasurer be Instructed to make the necessary

arrangements in order that the purchase price may be pald from
the City's Tax Sale Reserve Fund;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk
and/or the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds,
Documents, Plans, Cheques, or other Instruments as are
