fotlows:

: That certain: parcel of land. situated in Port. Coquittam,
British Columbia which is more particularly aescribed as
_the easterly 2 acres. ¢8093.44 sq.m.) of Lot 2 shown on a
subdivision ptan of @ portion of District Lot 380, Group
‘One, New Westminster District prepared by Helge Jacobsen &
Associates, Professional B.C. Land Surveyors under-file™ no.
C-84-5234-2 and dated November 16th, 1984 is hereby rezoned
from RS=1 to CS-1 and the zoning map is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.

‘A copy of the subaivision ‘plahi' referred to in section 1 is
attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof.

This Bytaw may be citea for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, NO. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2069".
