Chamber of Commerce Brochure

The Chamber of Commerce plans an updated’ edition of the.
Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody Brochure this year with publication
set for December, 1982.

The first edition was distributed to all our residents and
businesses in November, 1981. ‘Thousands of copies were. placed in
Municipal Halls, Libraries and other public locations for use by our
residents.

Since the publication is of interest to new and prospective
residents and businesses, several hundred copies were mailed’ out to
enquiries received during the year. The Chamber requests approximately
$700.00 frem Port Coquitlam.

RECOMMENDATION:

That Port Coquitlam aid in paying for this public service
towards the cost of distribution based on the Simon Fraser formula.
The amount would not exceed $1,000.00. The money to come from
account for Community Development.
