Pritchett, From Mr. Harold Pritchett, July 14th, 1981 expressing concern July 14/81 re i B.C. Hydro , Rate Increase. regarding B.C. Hydro and Power Authority's application to the B.C. Power Commission for an increase in power rates. It was the general agreement of Council to allow Mr. Pritchett to address Council at this time. Mr. Pritchett then addressed Council expressing his concerns regarding the proposed increase in rates and the fact that B.C. Hydro is not required to hold public hearings upon application to the B.C. Power Commission for rate increases.
