Re: Community Newsletter

. Council will recall that in March of this year an expenditure of
$1,000. was approved for the printing of tvo community newsletters. The
first Newsletter was printed at a cost of slightly over $700. and was
distributed to all property owners as an insert in their 1979 Tax Notices,

We are now looking at having the second Newsletter prepared and
find that there is approximately $1,200. remaining in the Community
Development Committee's Budget for 1979. The Committee therefore recommends: -

1. That a Newsletter be prepared and distributed to residents of
the City at the end of October 1979; and

2. That an expenditure of $1,200. be approved for the printing of
the Community Newsletter. :
