Dear Sir:

I attach hereto a copy of the agenda material for the
Lower Mainland Municipal Association Meeting to be held in
the Leisure Centre, Mission, commencing at 6:30 p.m. on
Thursday, the 29th day of June, 1978. .I would appreciate
it if you would arrange to have the material copied for all
those who will be attending.

‘Also attached is a sketch showing the location of the
Leisure Centre. Your representatives should turn north
on Grand Street, off the Lougheed Highway, and a parking
attendant will be on duty at the entrance to the Fairgrounds
to direct them to the parking lot.

As requested in the advance notice of the meeting, I
should be glad if you would let me know no later than
23rd June, of the names and positions of the persons who
will be attending so that catering arrangements can be
finalized.
