sity, Utah. Dr. Gantly has taught
at- elementary and secondary
schools in Ontario, Quebec and
B.C. from 1971 to 1979, and then
he joined the faculty of education
at the University of Victoria.

He is currently coordinator of
the partnership program in Ele-
mentary Education between the
