A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2931".

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lots 4 and 5 Lot 9

District Lot 466 Block 31A
Group One District Lot 466

Plan 18835 Group One

New Westminster District Plan 2294 .
New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and RT-1 (Two-Family Residential)
to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlarn Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of September, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of September, 1994.

Public Hearing held this 3rd day of October, 1994.
