That the Council of the City of Port Coquitlam endorse the application for a grant under the
Affordability and Choice Today (ACT) Program to undertake a study of infill subdivision in the
City and a review of the regulations of single family zoning.

That “Port Coquitlamn’s Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240", be amended as follows:

I. The following definitions be inserted in the appropriate places in Part I, Interpretation,
Section 101;

1) Adult Entertainments

Means live entertainment or entertainment recorded on film or videotape which includes
any exposure of the genitals, pubic region, buttocks, anus or female breasts immediately

below the top of the areola, of any person. _ % ee
2) Adult Entertainment Business

Means a business establishment in which Adult Entertainment is provided for viewing on
the premises.
