May 28, 1990/137 It is further recommended that: 1, Bosa Development Corporation be advised that after reviewing the matter of developing the Municipal lands in the South Shaughnessy Area, Council has decided not to proceed at this time. The "Shaughnessy Lands Neighbourhood Plan" be received and the Planning Department be instructed to use it as reference in developing an “Area Control Plan", in due time. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That the Subdivision Plan of portions of District Lot 174 and 289, Group One, New Westminster District, wherein a portion of Block 4, Plan 9841, being uwned by the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan, is dedicated as “Road” be and same is hereby approved; And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to Sign the said subdivision plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
