invoiced shall be deemed to be 8 kilograms for each household in

the Municipality serviced by that load.

5. In the event that the price paid to Share by the
Contractor for newspaper rises above $40 per metric ton, the
amount payable by the Municipality to Share hereunder shall be
reduced by an amount equal to the number of tons collected
multiplied by the difference between the actual selling price per

ton and $33,

6. All other terms of the Agreement remain in full force

and effect and are unchanged.
