From the City Engineer, September 22nd, 1988 regarding Replacement of
Storm Sewers - Vivian Place to Citadel Drive.

That the broken sections of storm sewer between Vivian Place and
Citadel Drive be replaced for the estimated cost of $11,000 and that the final
cost be funded from the 1988 Unallocated Public Works Capital Bulget.

of Willington Reconstruction and Drainage Works Project.

That the scope of the Wellington Reconstruction and Drainage Works
Project be increased to include the installation of approximately 130 meters
of storm sewers on Coquitlam Avenue.

regarding Rezoning Application No. 59/88 for 1611 Broadway.

That the City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a Bylaw
rezoning Lot 5, D.L. 231, 232, 255, 288, 384, NWLD Plan 11613, from A~1l to M-1.

And that a restrictive covenant be registered limiting development to
the scheme proposed in the rezoning application.
