_ WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2112 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited
as the "Suffolk Avenue (Plan 2294) Road Closure Bylaw, 1985, No, 2112" a certain
portion of Road therein deseribed located In the Clty of Port Coquitiam in the

Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed ta traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clty Clerk of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquittam be author! zed to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs
of the Province of British Columbla:praying on behalf of the Clty for abandonment of
The sald portion of Road described in Bylaw No. 2112 and the vesting of the title of
The land comprising the same In The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam, '
