From the Downtown Revitalization Committee, January 15th, 1981,
referring to the plans presently in progress for the revitalization of the
City's downtown area and asking for Council's approval in principle for the
draft scheme proposed and recommending that Council pass a resolution asking
the Provincial Government to approve financial assistance in preparing a
design concept and to advance the initial $5,000.00 grant.

Development Plan for the City of Port Coquitlam Downtown Core Area as proposed
by the Downtown Revitalization Committee and that the Ministry of Municipal
Affairs be asked to approve a loan advance to assist the City in carrying out
detailed planning so that. the types of projects and their estimated cost can
be determined;

AND THAT the City request that the Province forward $5,000.00 to provide
