The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May Ist,
1978 at 7:30 p.m. te consider the following proposed By~law to authorize

amendment cf a Land Use Contract:

By-law No. 1597 - To authorize the Council to enter into an Amendment

Document to Land Use Contract No. 15 with Artuso Bros. Construction
Ltd., Oliviero Holdings Ltd., and Nello Battiston, in the form and
to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 15 - Amendment

Document" which said Amendment Document is annexed to and made part

of the By-law and the said Amendment Document shall extend to and

shall regulate the development and use of land described in Land
Use Contract No. 15.
The Amendment Document to Land Use Contract No. 15 would allow

"take-out food service" as a permitted use.

Copies of the proposed By-law r.sy be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Fali, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from April 20th
to May ist, 1978.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
