Apartment Residential) uses only in order to permit the construction
of a 16-unit townhouse complex and various provisions are contained
“ in the Contract concerning the subdivision of the property, the size,
shape, and siting of building and structures and various other matters.
Copies of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
: hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days ~ from November 8th to
November 19th, 1973.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
