Committee Comments: - The Committee is in agreement with the CS-1 type use however, due to the uncertainty of the type of development which will occur in this general area we feel that development is premature. The Committee feels further that a plan from Lyons Way south to the C.P.R. railway tracks and west of Shaughnessy Street should be prepared and submitted as an overall encompassing plan and ‘ concept which would include CS—1 uses.
