4. There is hereby set aside as security for the liability hereby
authorized to be incurred ONE MILLION, TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($2,250,000.00) being those parts of the unpaid taxes due to the Corporation
levied priox to the current year and of the taxes of the current year deemed by
the Council expedient to be so set aside.
5. This By-law way be cited as "Temporary Loan By-law, 1972, No. 1139",
