z) Disclosure harmful to the conservation of heritage sites, etc. (Section 18);

g) Disclosure harmful to individual or public safety (Section 19); and

h) Information that is already published of released, or will be within sixty daya (Section 20).

This is just a brief description of some of the items that arc exempted from release, but more
detail is provided in the Act. Copies of the Act may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office.
