Attention: Tax Collector
Dear Sirs:

We are reviewing the possibility to have the banks act as collection agents for us on tax
and utility billings and would appreciate from you:

1) acopy of your tax bill, preferably one filled in

2) acopy of your water and sewer bill (both metered and flat rates if they are different)

3) are you presently allowing for payment at the banks, if so have you experienced any
problems with their handling payment?

4) if you permit payment at the bank, do you know what percentage actually pay through
the banks?

5) we actively encourage tax payers to participate in our tax prepayment program where
they can either pay anytime over the counter or allow us to take monthly payments
from their bank account. Do you have a similar type program? If so, please send
details.

I would also like a copy of your water and sewer rate schedules.
