Within 90 calendar days of receipt of a completed
reclassification form, the parties shall meet to discuss
revised class specifications/job descriptions.

Every attempt to conclude the reclassification process within a
further 90 calendar days shall be made by the parties.

All time spent at meetings with the Employer shall be
considered aa time worked.

The Union's representative shall be allowed one day's leave
with pay per employer initiated reclassification request, at a
time approved by the employer.
