THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NC. 2558

The unicipal Council ef The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipai Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
hereby leases unto Rick and Cindy Corney the lands described in the
Schedule "A" attached hereto for the period of time and on the terms and
subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached hereto and marked
Schedule "A",

The Mayor and Acting City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf of
the City and to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2382
Mary Hill Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1990, No. 2558"
