THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2542

A Bylaw to amend the "Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243”.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No.
2243" is repealed and the following substituted therefor:

"a) A non-refundable fee calculated at the rate of:

$30.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for the first 1,000
square meters (10,764.26 square feet) of site area included in the
said application; and . _

$8.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for the next 49,000
square meters (527,448.86 square feet) of site area included in the
said application; and

iii. $4.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for all additional
site area included in the said application; .

PROVIDED that the minimum fee shall be $300.00."

Clause (b) of Section 10 of the Bylaw is repealed and the following
substituted therefor:

"(b) A fee of $1,200.00 which shall be refundable if the Coiuncil
decline to advance the application to Public Hearing."

Clause (b) of Section 11 of the Bylaw is repealed and the following
substituted therefor:

"(b) A fee of $1,200.00 which shall be refundable if the Coiuncil
_ decline to advance the application to Public Hearing."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Development, Procedures
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2542".
