That “ity Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 2, of D.L. 232 NWLD Plan 74062 and Lot "B" of D-L 232 NWLD Plan
9871 from RS-3 to RS~2.

Aud that City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare 4a bylaw
enacting a P-4, Public Utility zoning District and apply that Zoning District
to Lot 1 of D.L. 232 NWLD Pian 74062.

Kinsmen Water Park - Sun Valley Park.

That the City of Port Coquitlam install four picnic tables and plant 4
number of trees at the Kinsmen Water Park.

And That the cost be no more than $2,000.00 and that this money be
taken from the Parks Capital Budget.

Provineiai Authorities for an “A” Liquor Licence for their premises at 2272
Leigh Square, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be and the same is hereby approved.
