purchased of and from the registered owner tha sof, Ms. Gwen A. Finkle,
2390 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or for the price or sum of

$78,000.00;

That the adjustment date be July 11, 1986 and the possession date be
July 31, 1986; :

That closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal
manner as between vendor and purchaser;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk and/or
the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, documents, Plans,
Cheques, or other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid
and to affix the Corporate Sea! of the City thereto.
