That a portion of the subject property be exchange with the adjoining lot 2 to enable the original plan subdivision to be carried out. That an outlet be provided for the lane in Lot 2. That the developer be required to construct Nova Scotia Avenue. Based on the two committees! review the three conditions for approval are belng recommended. It should be noted that the vendor of the land has previously agreed to carryout Item one, to exchange land with the owner of lot 2 to line up the properties for thelr resubdivision.
