The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: :

The "Nature Area Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1433" is amended by renumbering
Sections 14 and 15 as Sections 15 and 16, respectively, and the following is
inserted as Section 14: ; ;

"14. The provistons of this Bylaw, except ‘Section 2, do not apply to the
authorized agents, servants, or employees of the City while working in the
Nature Area undertaking any authorized procedure not prohibited by Section
2.‘

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Nature Area Regulation Bylaw,
1976, No. 1433, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 1990", co,
