A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on April 23rd, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer, and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. Campbell advised the meeting the following B/L #1662 - proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, City of Pt. Coq. Zoning 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered. B/L, 1979, ; No. 1651, Amend. By-law No. 1662: , B/L, 1979 B (3365-67 : To rezone Lot 12, Lot 1, Block B, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan Wellington) 18105, New Westminster District from RS~1 (Single~Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single-Family Residential). The City Planner then explained the proposed rezoning stating that the property jis located at 3265-67 Wellington Street and it is expected that two 44' residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures. No one was present to speak on the proposed rezoning. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following Zoning Public Hearing: proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, B/L #1663 - 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered. City of Pt. By-law No. 1663: lo rezone: One, Plan 3613, New Westminster District; and Lots 354 and 355, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 33046, New Westminster District from RS—2 (Single-Family Residential) to RS-1 (Single-Family Residential). The City Planner then explained the proposed rezoning stating that the property is located at 1515, 1545 and 1559 Pitt River Road and it is expected that 46 residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
