We understand that the above naned are undertaking
the development of some 26 lots in a suvdivision at 1700 Block
Warwick and Marshall, Port Coquitlam. We further understand
that some indication as to their financial ability to obtain a
Letter of Credit of $241,150. is required prior to final re-
soning approval.

whilst this letter is in no way a commitment to
provide such a letter, we would indicate that the Bank would be
willing to place such a letter, subject to the provision of
Rortgase security over the land in question and to the Bank's
usual teras and conditions.

that a further $16,192 line of credit will be made
available to the Arnold's /DiMartino's once the Bank's
security has been registered.
