Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, the City Administrator advised that he had obtained a price from the local Radio Shack also, and it was a little more reasonable than that received from Cam Gard. From the City Administrator, September 5th, 1975, advising that the B.C. Licence Inspectors’ Association is having a two-day meeting in Surrey on September 25th and 26th, and that the Senior By~law Officer, Mr. R.G. Criggie, had requested permission to attend. The City Administrator, in his memorandum, further advised that Mr. Criggie is presently an Executive Member cf this Association. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That as recommended in a memorandum from the City Administrator, September 5th, 1975, the Senior By-law Officer, Mr. R.G. Criggie, be authorized to attend the meetings of the B.C. Licence Inspectors’ Association in Surrey on September 25th and 26th, 1975, and that his expenses involving the cost of meals while attending the Conference plus the Registration Fee of $25.00, he paid. Carried. City Clerk-Con.Sub. From the City Clerk, September 4th, 1975, referring to a Consolidating Plan-lane dedication- Oceanshores' Bury St.Apt. development Subdivision Plan submitted with his memorandum with respect to Oceanshores Developments Ltd.'s Bury Street apartment, and pointing out that the Northerly 4' of Lot proposed to be dedicated as lane requires the consent of the Council. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the Subdivision Plan of Lot 1, the Southerly 128' of Lot 2, a portion of Lot 2, all of Plan 1213 and Lot 86, Plan 45482, and Lots "Cc" and "D", Plan 20063, all of Block 4 of District Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster District wherein Lot 94 is created and portions of Lot 1 and Lot 2 aforesaid are dedicated "lane" said Plan having been prepared by David Lyon, B.C.L.S. and sworn correct by him on August 6th, 1975 be approved with respect to the dedication of the North 4' of Lot 2 as lane; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said Subdivision Plan on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
