some unavoidable cause.

Any. child so found as aforesaid after the time

appointed shall be liable to be warned by any constable
or péace officer to go home; and if after such warning
that child is found loitering on the streets such child

may be taken by such constable to its home.

| Any’ parent or guardian who permits his child or ward
habitually to contravene this By-law commits an offence
“and ig liable on summary conviction to a fine not ‘ex-

‘ceeding the sum of $5.00.

This By~law shall take effect come into force and be
binding on all persons on and from the first: day of
