Columbus Charities Association is an organization formed for the purpose

of providing tow cost housing and‘ other services and amenities to. senior citizens.

_. Pursuant to this purpose on December 12th, 1970 Columbus Charities Association opened
-, it 11 storey senior citizens home at 5233 Joyce Avenue, Vancouver, B. C. On June 23rd, -
. 1973, the Association opened its second senior citizens home at Chilliwack, B. C. .

_ ; Of much assistance in ensuring the success of these projects, have been the
. Shamrock Drives held by Columbus Charities Association in March of each year through~-
out the lower mainland.

Our Association .is desirous of continuing its work in the area of senior -
citizen's developments and services throughout the lower mainland, and in. this con-
“nection, is pianning another Shamrock tag day for March 13th, 4th, and 15th, 1975.
