Re: Mosgzito Control Function

The attached report dated February 19, 1974, from the Director of
Operations, was received by the Board's Executive Committee on February
20, 1974.

The Executive resolved:

"That the Direttor of Finance & Administration apply
for the Supplementary Letters Patent; and further,
that each member municipality who expects to partici-«-
pate, nominate a member for a committee to carry out
co-ordinating arrangements with the other Regional
Districts."

As the Supplementary Letters Patent have now been requested, it will be
appropriate for ycur Council to nominate a member to the committee to co-ordinate
arrangements with the Newdney-Alouette, Central Fraser Valley and Fraser-Cheam
Regional Districts.
