By-law No. 1819: To remove the Zona Designation of RS-2 assigned to: (a) Lot 1. 2, and 3, of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 11924, New Westminster District, and, (b) East 172.5 feet of Parcel "A" (Reference Plan 257) of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District; and, (c) That portion of closed road shown hatched on the Plan attached to the "Killarney Street Road Exchange By-law, 1961, No. 1808"; and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property. This property is located on the South side of Victoria Drive and presently has the civic addresses of 970, 980, 990 and 1022 Victoria Drive. The property is being rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it is expected that 37 single family residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures. No one was present to comment on the proposed rezoning.
