Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, MJ. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance. Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer 1.R. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor, Fire Chief J.L. Baillie, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2866 To rezone: Lot 89 Lot 192 District Lot 4 District Lot 4 Township 39 Township 39 Plan 33968 Plan 33968 New Westminster District New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) The property is located at 3600 and 3614 Westwood Street and would permit the development of a two story commercial/residential building.
