SUBJECT: CHILD CARE ISSUES COMMITTEE - GRANT APPLICATION
CHILD CARE NEEDS ASSESSMENT
(Envirommental Protection Committee meeting December 1, 1993)

RECOMMENDATION:
That Council approve the following resolution:

“That Council support the Child Care Issues Committee application for child care
needs assessment under the Ministry of Women’s Equality Child Care Needs
Assessment and Planning Grant Program".

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Attached is a package containing documentation regarding the above noted item. At the
December |, 1993 meeting of the Environmental Protection Committee members gave their
approval for this item.
